The experience is further enhanced by a fixed-price, ad libitum concept, allowing guests to order unlimited dishes without restrictions. Orders are placed through a visual iPad menu, giving diners a modern, intuitive, and personalized experience. At the heart of the kitchen is Head Chef Hiroo Machida, of Japanese origin, who trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant in France. His subtle French influence adds depth and refinement to Izumi’s signature small plates, shaping its unique culinary identity.

What began as a single restaurant has grown into five thriving locations across Charlottenlund, Vesterbro, Østerbro, Frederiksberg, and Ballerup.
